Baby boomers want to share knowledge

"At the end of the day, what we know about baby boomers—which is about 60% of NNSA—is that on retiring, they definitely care about their legacy.

When they came into government, the mantra was knowledge is power, but as they’re leaving government, the mantra is now changing to the passing of knowledge to future generations is power.

Keeping it all for yourself isn’t necessarily the best move for the individual or the organization.”
