Quantified value story 108 - video from US Army corps of Engineers.

Here is an interesting video on the use of KM within the USACE (US Army Corps of Engineers)  including an example of quantified value.

During a recent flood emergency, the KM staff, as part of the incident management team, established wiki pages as a "one stop shop" to share knowledge with the public and other stakeholders This reduced the daily requests for information from 100 day down to 10.

There is also a nice summary at the end by Lt. Gen. Todd Semonite, USACE Commanding General, on the importance of KM to the USACE
