Nick Milton has been part of the Knowledge Management Team of BP and is now part of the consultng team at Knoco. Together with Patrick Lambe he wrote the book "The Knowledge Manager's Handbook". In the webinar he will talk about past, current state and future of KM from a UK/international perspective. Language of the webinar is English.
