I have been getting some interesting results from my Lessons Learned survey. It's not yet time to share the full results, as I hope to get a few more responses (and if you have't filled in the survey yet, please Click Here to take the survey, either on behalf of your own company, or a company you know well as a client or former employer.
So far, about 80% of the respondents say they have a Lessons Learned system.
Of those 80%, the majority of respondents scored the effectiveness of their system as 2 or less out of 5.
Thats a lot of unsatisfied companies!
