This is an oldie from the archives - an attempt to write a KM strategy in 50 words or fewer.

 

1. Decide what knowledge is vital for the organisation (A)

2. Find out who needs that knowledge (B)

3. Find out where that knowledge is now (and if it doesn’t exist, where it will come from) (C)

4. Work out how to get A to B from C
