The six rules they identify for strategic KM are:
- Link KM strategy to business strategy
- Involve Top Management through a governance structure
- Address and shape the culture od collaboration and knowledge sharing
- Classify content carefully
- Knowledge needs to be managed by a defined organisation
- Have teh technology that helps people share, collaborate and search.
