Great interview on the value and pitfalls of collaboration

A great video interview from Oliver Marks with Morten Hansen, where he makes some great points suggesting that collaboration "for the sake of it" is a poor strategy, and that bad collaboration is worse than no collaboration at all. Also, he concludes that improving the technology e.g. through use of Enterprise 2.0, will not neccessarily change a bad culture and may easily make it worse.
