As the blog authors conclude, "Looking at this graph, there is no real difference between the different organizational sizes and the reported knowledge behavior". This is a very interesting conclusion, and suggests that regardless of company size, natural human nature applies.
Now the knowledge management solution you apply to help ease the correct behaviours, and the governance process you put in place to influence the behaviours, will be very different depending on company size (and also on the extent of geographic dispersal). But this study suggests that the human cultures and behaviours will be the same.
