I don't understand why some people always mysterize their so-called knowledge, especially we Chinese, we get to be too much something before we become anything; this is the biggest barrier for KM! <br />To succeed in km, first of all is to change the mentality, the attitude and hopefully comes km culture. <br />Anyhow, I have to say this is very good piece to convince our clients of both camps.
